Meet Dr. Lisa C. Holder, PhD

Dr. Holder has been happily married for over 30 years.  She moved to Colorado Springs in1997 from the southern United States; just in time for one of the biggest October blizzards to hit the city, bringing with it five feet of snow.  Since Dr. Holder's father was a military officer, she lived all over the world while growing up.  Her father's side of the family is from Tennessee, while her mother's side is from Florida.  Although her roots are in the warm, sunny  south, she now calls Colorado home.

As a young person,  Dr. Holder had a passion for helping others work through their problems, and this carried over into adult life.  She has been in the psychotherapy field for almost 20 years and is highly educated as a professional counselor.  Along with a life long effort to learn about human behavior and relationships, Dr. Holder holds a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Pyschology, a Masters Degree in Professional  Counseling, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.  She is Licensed in both Colorado and Texas and is also Certified in many different Specialty areas.  Additionally she is an active member in many Professional Counseling organizations.  The following is a partial list of her Credentials and Background  information:
